I just finished a great book signing at the SHOT show.  mossy oak and Rocky Boots both supported the Academy’s cause.  I met tons of nice peole who are pulling for us to keep the camp compass doors open.

I experienced probably one of the greatest moments of my life.  I had a chance to actually hunt with my son for buck season. With 5 minutes left of shooting light he made a perfect shot on a beautiful 10 pt. for his first buck ever.  On top of that he did it with a mossy oak Camera filming the whole event.

Saturday found me at the Cabela’s Deer Classsic.  I had a chance to catch up with mossy oak regional prostaff members and to share my expertise with a lot of parents I ran into.  It seems the years I’ve spent working with kids in the outdoors has allowed me to give back to more children then are labeled urbanites.  I’m looking forward to helping the industry move it’s ”youth push” forward.
